Cancellation Policy

1. Retail Orders

You can cancel any standard retail B2C order directly from your account page before the item is dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but are subject to our standard replacement rules.

2. Custom B2B Bulk Orders

Bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started or custom logo engraving has been completed on the materials.
