We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a personal shopping account, making a B2C purchase, or filing a B2B RFQ form. This contains name, business details, shipping address, mobile numbers, and emails.

2. Payment Security

We process all checkout transactions securely via standard certified payment aggregators (e.g. Razorpay). We do not record or archive customer credit card numbers or banking passwords on our local databases.

3. Data Usage

Your details are used strictly to process orders, handle custom laser engravings, schedule Delhivery shipments, and send status notifications. We never distribute database logs to external third parties.
